1) By using Bodyphysio services, classes and facilities, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to any rules posted in the studio or on our website. Please read them carefully before you book or attend any class.

2) Any form of abuse, harassment, discrimination or threatening behaviour towards staff or other members is strictly prohibited. Bodyphysio may immediately remove or ban any person who engages in such behaviour, and legal action may be taken where appropriate.

3) Class bookings are managed through Bodyphysio Tokens and a waiting list system. When a class is full you may join the waiting list without using tokens. If a place becomes available, the first person on the waiting list will be automatically registered, their tokens will be deducted at that time and they will be notified by SMS. This automatic registration may occur even after the unregister option has been locked.

4) Once you are registered in a class, the option to unregister is locked 8 hours before the class start time. After this point your booking is final and tokens used for that class will not be refunded.

5) Bodyphysio Tokens expire 60 days after the last token transaction on your account. Expired tokens cannot be reactivated, transferred or refunded. It is your responsibility to monitor your balance and expiry dates.

6) The hours of use of the Facility and any specific areas (e.g. studios, reception, changing rooms) may change from time to time. You must only use the Facility within the posted opening hours and must not enter locked, blocked or restricted areas.

7) You are responsible for informing us if you have any medical conditions, injuries or other health concerns that may affect your ability to participate safely in a class or to use the Facility. You agree to follow the instructions of our staff and to use all equipment in a safe and responsible manner.

8) Registration data and other personal information you provide to us are processed in line with our Privacy Policy. By using Bodyphysio services you consent to this processing as described there.

9) Bodyphysio may suspend or terminate your access to classes, your account or the Facility at any time in case of breach of these Terms & Conditions, misuse of the services or when required by law or competent authorities.

10) We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Bodyphysio services after changes are published will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms.
